JANE ODELL October 13, 1912 - May 15, 2001 It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Jane G. Odell peacefully in her sleep at the Victoria Hospital at the age of 88 years. Jane was born in Winnipeg, October 13, 1912. She was predeceased by her husband William L. G. Odell. Bill and Jane resided in Winnipeg until Bills retirement in 1975 when they moved to Penticton, BC where they spent 17 happy years. Upon Bills passing , Jane returned to Winnipeg residing at 20 Fort St. so she could be close to her family. Jane is survived by her sons David, (Pauline), Andrew, (Margaret). She is also survived by six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and grand nieces and grand nephews in various parts of the country. A private viewing will be held for family and friends on Wednesday, May 16 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. in the P. Coutu Funeral Chapel, 156 Marion St. Cremation will follow. Jane will be buried beside her husband in Penticton, BC. The family would like to thank the staff at Vista Park Lodge, Dr. Salem and the nurses on the third floor of the Victoria Hospital for their care and understanding. P.
